Missguided, established in 2009, specialises in offering consumers the latest women's clothes and the freshest threads landing daily. We were approached by Missguided with the tall task of helping them to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of their new app's checkout flow. From there, our second objective was to propose designs based on the research conducted. Once we had a technically feasible design approach, we then validated the designs to reduce uncertainty and risk to their investment. The results were hugely positive and we even uncovered unknown anxiety around their click-and-collect proposition regarding safeguarding. In only a matter of weeks, we managed to start the process and deliver in full and on time, at blinding speed.
