Partnering with Wapp, a forward-thinking provider of on-demand travel insurance under the Staysure group, our team embarked on an Identification Sprint, disrupting traditional methods and charting new frontiers in digital insurance services. Through a dynamic Discovery Workshop and extensive Horizon Scan, we laid a foundation of strategic understanding and alignment, illuminating previously unseen opportunities and identifying emerging trends to drive Wapp's competitive edge.

Building on these insights, we crafted an Innovation Roadmap aligned with Wapp's unique vision. Combined with a thorough Opportunity Assessment, we pinpointed high-growth levers to fast-track Wapp's commercial gains, deploying data-driven decision-making to optimise investment and returns. Our meticulous Sprint Planning tied everything together, aligning each effort with Wapp's strategic objectives and enabling efficient resource allocation.
