We partnered with Three, the UK's Fastest 5G Network, to rejuvenate their digital ticketing experience. The main focus of this transformative project was not only to enhance the customer journey, but, also to streamline the employee experience. By incorporating segmented pricing tiers and HD video content, we improved brand interactions significantly, allowing Three to stay competitive in the fast-paced telecom market.
Our Product Sprint framework allowed us to identify and simplify complex business challenges rapidly. We utilised historical data and user insight to address customer pains and needs, creating a high-fidelity prototype fit for validation. With an update to their brand happening concurrently, we aligned the designs to fit perfectly within the larger Three ecosystem, including detailed handover specifications.
The results were impressive. Our design solution allowed Three's workforce to efficiently close phone tariff sales, improving their bottom line. The success of our collaboration with Three became evident when our integrated solution rolled out in all 62 stores across the UK in Q4 2018. Through our transformative approach, Three is now positioned stronger in the market, delivering superior brand experiences and driving profitability.
